Snippets From When I Didn't Have Wifi For A Week + Pics Of My Pretty Little Sis

While I was in South Carolina for one of the weeks we went down to a lake and stayed in their motorhome. It was super fun except for the fact that I didn't have wifi which was super annoying. Buttttttttt I remembered this post I did the last time I took a little break from Instagram. I'm pretty sure y'all liked that so I decided to do another one. :) Plussssssssss while we were there I did a little photo shoot with one of my little sisters so I'll be including those pics as well!

Old people have nothing to do but gossip. I’ve heard the same joke about this one person like ten times today 

Whenever people speak Arabic on tv and I can understand it it’s like the best thing ever

My friend literally texted me that Demi Lovato was in the hospital (she had a thing look it up) and I died because I DIDN’T HAVE WIFI YOU CAN’T DO THAT TO ME WHAT IF SHE LIKE DIED 

I just found a dollar on the ground and like my day is made 

I love how Disney XD literally made a gamer youtube show. Like a legit show. And it’s like really funny. I mean it’s called Parker plays. How is that not a YouTube channel????

Also yes I have been watching too much tv. I currently have no WiFi. At all. What else am I supposed to do?

Grandpa: so I could turn her off 

Me: *bursts out laughing*

Little sister: *stares not laughing*

Me who has been gone for a bit and doesn’t know what they’re talking about cause it’s a group chat: YES 

Ok so I’ve now watched the stuck in the middle quince episode twice now and it kind of makes me emotional 

Not exactly sure what this post is but how cute my little sister makes up for it right??? I mean right??? Maybe???

Should I do more posts like this?? And if so what should I call it because like I don't know?? What have you been up to lately? How many states have you been to (or none)?

Looking Back On My Goals For This Year

We’re not exactly in the middle of the year but it's close by so it’s still ok. I’ve seen a bunch of bloggers do posts about looking back on seeing what they have completed new years goals wise and I thought it was so fun and a great motivator to finish the goals you haven’t. I honestly haven’t looked at my goals in at least 4 months (I know I’m terrible don’t judge me lol) so this will probably flop and make me look like I have accomplished nothing but I’m doing it anyway. Honestly, I’m not sure why. All right let’s get started already haha. :)

-Get to 150 followers on Bloglovin’

Done which makes me so so happy! I currently have 158 Bloglovin’ followers which is even more than my goal and it’s not even the end of the year so go me haha. :) 

-Have 125 followers with Google Friend Connect

Nope I have 110 followers for that which basically means I haven’t grown at all. *cries* The Bloglovin’ thing makes ups for it though I think. :)

-Reach 400 followers on Instagram 

Done done done and more done! I now have over 1,000 followers on Instagram which still blows my mind. Like whatttttttttttt. Instagram makes me really happy and if you’re not following me already it would make me super happy if you could. :) 

-Read 100 50 books

Nope. And I’ve decided I just don’t read that much. Instead going along with my Goodreads challenge I’m changing it to 50! I have read 26 books this year (at the point I’m writing this) which is 52% of 50 so I’m actually a bit behind for my tastes but I’m sure I’ll catch up with the rest of the summer. 

-Start thinking about and working towards getting into a fabulous high school

Done. Kind of. I’ve pretty much decided where I want to apply which is all I can do currently. 

-Keep posting on here weekly

I have of course done this so far! Haven’t missed one week. :) 

-Upload at least 5 videos to my YouTube channel

I am going above and beyond for this one since this summer I am posting every Saturday on my youtube channel! 

-Not be too scared to try new things

Kind of????? I’m saying half for this. 

-Be content and always try to look on the bright side

Honestly, I think I’ve been doing this. Not all the time of course (even though I act/seem like a magical fairy happy princess I’m not one) but overall I’ve been being super positive this year! 

-Join another club

Yeppppp. National Junior Honor Society! 

-Start enjoying exercise and walking more

Haha nope. I’m also low key really out of shape so I really really should be exercising and I tell that to myself all the time but it never happens and just ahhhhhh you know? 

-Grow my blog and start working with more people

I would say done. I have grown my blog a bit and I’ve been working with a lot more people including other bloggers and also brands! 

-Travel somewhere new 

Not so far and I probably won’t but I think I’m going to change this goal to explore new things in my own city! 

-Start babysitting or doing some kind of job

Nope nope nope and more nope. I tell everyone I can babysit but I think people don’t like me seriously you guys. If you happen to live near me and ever need anyone to babysit or do pretty much anything else I can do (think photography or design) PLEASE CONTACT ME I’M A NICE PERSON I SWEAR. 

So I've only completed 6 out of 13 and that's less than half which kind of makes me sad. Like ahhhhh I feel like I'm failing. But it's ok I guess haha.

A Weekend In Greenville | Photo Diary

As you probably know recently I spent some time with my grandparents in South Carolina! We just went back to Houston Sunday last week. I got to stay with my aunt and uncle in Greenville for a weekend and I had a lot of fun so I thought I would share what we did. You'll get to see what I've been up to plus some fun things to do if you're ever in Greenville!

I also did a travel diary of the whole trip which you can find here or up above. :)

First, we went to the Saturday market on Main Street! They have this awesome farmers market from May to October from 8 to noon. I've been twice now and it's been super cool each time.

One of the vendors were selling these beautiful eggs! He explained how he made them and how it was actually a super old art. It was really cool to hear him talk about. :)

A bunch of people were walking around with these flowers and the first thing I thought might have been how cute a picture would be of me holding them. Don't judge me ok haha. 

After we had finished up at the market my little sister Eden wanted to play in the fountains. While she was changing my uncle, my sister, and I explored this fun (not so little) little general store. It had a bunch of fun games and other little trinkets. 

They were prepping for a wedding so I had to snap a pic! This building is so cute!

Right near the bridge there is this little row of art studios. When we went they just happened to be opened so we had to check them out!

Who remembers when in literally every post I had a picture of my feet. I still have the feet problem. 

At this point, it was around noon and we wanted food but couldn't decide where. There was this super cool place called O-CHA Tea Bar right nearby so we decided to stop there while we decided. 

It was super cute!

We got both a coconut and mango bubble tea with tapioca which were both super good. I love basically anything with tapioca especially when they come from somewhere cute. 

As we were walking down main street looking for somewhere to eat we ran into this super cool art studio called Open Art Studios! 

They also hold art classes and fun events like parties. 

Finally, we decided to get sandwiches from Sully's Steamers! They have these awesome bagel sandwiches which were so crazy good. I shared the original with my little sister which tasted awesome. I also tried the one my other sister got which had jalapeno bread which sounds kind of weird but it was actually really interesting.

When we got to there house we decided to play monopoly because honestly why not. Plus it's an awesome game sooooooo.

It is now the next day and first, we went to church because duhh church things. 

After that, we went to lunch at this cool Vietnamese place! I got some noodles with my little sis and my other sis got pho. We just shared family style and it was quite good. The place was called Saigon Fast Food (I mean I think that is what it says on the sign haha) so if you're ever in Greenville I would recommend it!

It was national ice cream day and Dairy Queen had this thing where you get a free blizzard if you download there app and make an account so that was awesome. I got a cookie dough one and bro it was good. 

My aunt had like 20 thousand million pictures some of which were super old. For example my aunt's grandmother old. That's pretty old y'all. Sooooooo they got uploader thingamajigger and we started putting them into piles and digitalizing them. Or at least I'm pretty sure that's what we were doing. Not exactly sure

Overall it was a super fun trip! I've been to Greenville a couple times before and seriously it's such a cute and fun city. :) If you want more posts on South Carolina you can check out both this one and this one.  I'm planning on doing a post of my total South Carolina trip super soon so get excited for that. :)
