City Church

I  hope you're having a good day!



OK on to the point you will never guess where I went to church today. Can you guess? No. OK I'll tell you. I went to A Music Venue called the House of Blues. You might not be that amazed but we had our service in the same place that a popular band has probably played. Seriously tell one semi-popular person and I bet they will have played there. This is a new church who one of the pastor from my old church started it. Also 2 of the musicians are from the church I am going to now who is known for their music. The only downside is because they don't have there own building they don't have enough room to have children's church for the older kids. You can find out more about it here.

Scary School: Book Review

I have somehow survived my first week at school. I really don't know how but on to the review.

 Scary School is run by Mrs. Head crusher and this school is the only elementary school to have both  humans an monsters or scary students. It is principal Head Crushers dream   that all schools mix with students of any kid so she tries very hard to make her students get a long.  The teacher are all really crazy monsters. Every day students come hoping to really just survive the day without being eaten. Scary School is run by Principal Headcrusher and the school is the only elementary school having both human and monster students. It is Principal Headcrusher’s dream that all schools become mixed with students of all kinds and she tries very hard to get the kids to get along. The teachers are all monsters and quite a mix of zany characters such as Ms. Fang, Mr. Spider Eyes, Mrs. T., Mr. Snakeskin, Mr. Acidbath. Every day kids come to school and hope they make it through the day without being eaten so Sue, the Amazing Octo Chef, cooks fantastic lunches for the kids every day, just in case!

I really like this book! This is one of the craziest books I have read. I think it is a really good crazy middle school chapter book series.  Each chapter is about a specific person either a student or teacher who learns a lesson. I would recommend this book to 3rd to 5th graders.

I would own a plane so that I could ride around

I have always wanted to fly like a a bird

speak every language because then it would be much more useful and really the only kind of music I like doing is sing

Future because then they would have cooler technology but then again the world could have gotten corrupted

best player on a winning team because if you were the best on a winning team then you would probably have a lot of pressure.

I would want to see the great wall of china

television because phones are used for so much today and either way then I could just watch TV on the phone

Favorite movie star because I am not really political and meeting a movie star I would think would be more fun

skiing because I have never been skiing and I really want to try

unknown and rich because being famous could be stressful and I would not last long being poor

evxotice iland beacause then I could take cool pictures and maybe see some native species and plants

sheep so then with the wool I could make clothing and I could have my own little shop

always have to somersault out because that sounds really cool

well and squirrel tail because I kind of think having a fluffy tail would be cool but if the unicorn horns came with powers then definitely that

Magicalamity: Book Review

Hi everyone.  Today was my second day of school! So ya now I am going to do a book review. This book is called Magicalamity by Kate Saunders. 

Tom is really in shock. He wakes up one morning an there are no parents in his house only a weird old lady who tells him he is a  half fairy. Then he must intrust his life to 3 godmothers he has never met. Two of them are hardened criminals, and one falls out of the window when she tries to fly and all of them have been in love love with his dad at one point. Will they enough to save his dad from the  falconers the magical rulers of the realm? 

I really like this book. I would recommend it to maybe 8-12 year year olds.  I think you would like this book if you like magical fantasy and the real world combined.  This is quite an interesting book  because there is a lot of surprising (some of them you can predict) thing in the book.

What is your name? My name is Kathryn, though you may see me also as Giselle Hawthorne, which is my pen name. 

What are your favorite activities? My favorite activities, are ballet, playing outside, reading, writing, and adventuring.

What is your favorite color? My favorite color is lavender.

What is one thing most people don't know about you? Well, this is the internet, you guys don't know a lot about me. XD

Favorite book? My favorite book....that's impossible. ( I totally agree wit her)

How old are you? I'm 13, turning 14 a week from today. ( cool happy early birthday)

what is your dream job? My dream job is to be an actress, but on realistic terms, I would be a ballerina as I've been doing ballet since I was 3. 

What is the meaning behind your blog name? My blog name says that dreams are deep things-those warm fuzzy dreams that have meaning and make you wonder. There are also the goal kind of dreams-ones you should always keep with you. Surround yourself with dreams to brave the reality. 

Favorite movie?My favorite movie is The Nightmare Before Christmas

What is your inspiration? My inspiration? I suppose Jesus, of course. Otherwise, Pinterest. ; )
