This post is super exciting for me!! I remember when I used to be subscribed to Rosie's daily newsletter and I kind of freaking loved it. I read her emails literally every day and it just felt like a friend. She now has an amazing blog and seriously both her blog layout and writing is so awesome like teach me how you do this????? Today we're doing an interview swap! Soooo once you finish reading this you can check out her blog to find my answers to her questions. :) Let's get started and welcome the wonderful Rosie!

What is your name and what does it mean? If you're named after someone who is it and what does that person mean to you?
My first name is Nicole, but I go by my middle name, Rose. (Do you have any ideas how many times I've
had to say that?) Nicole means "victory of the people". Rose refers to the flower of the same name.
Sadly, I am not named after anyone.

Cool! What is your blog's name and what does it mean? How did you come up with up?
My blog's name is Two Point Perspective. After deciding to step back from one of my long-term blogs,
Self Known, I was inspired to create a new blog. I desperately wanted to step into a new Internet
space, and because I'm majoring in art therapy, I thought it would be cool to mesh some creative terms
together. But I had the hardest time trying to figure something out. I turned to my family for support,
brainstorming with them until my brother suggested "two-point perspective". It's a design aspect used
to create the illusion their word is 3D. But because perspective can also mean mindset, or how you
look at things, I thought it was a great way to tie in the mental health aspect of my blog with the artistic
side. In short, Two Point Perspective means using art (defined as anything created in any medium by
any individual) to heal and pursue our best selves.

Wow that's such a cool title and thought process behind it! How do you spend an average day?
My average day starts at about 6:30 am when my alarm goes off for the fourth time. I dedicate my first hours of the day to preparing for the day, mentally (quiet time and devotionals), physically (showering, picking out something that makes me feel cute), and emotionally (praying for what's ahead). Then I like to sit down at the computer and work on any school projects. I work until I get hungry, then take a break to make a snack or lunch, depending on the timing and which sibling is in charge of food that day. Then I squeeze in some more school before commuting to my afternoon classes. After class, I usually have something extra, like a lab or a piano lesson. Then I head home, do more school, eat dinner, and stop all school stuff (unless urgent) by 6 pm. Then I have my creative time, which includes blogging, organizing, walking the dog, and working on my novel. Then I plop down in bed by 10 pm, pretending I'm not watching YouTube for an hour, and pass out.

What are your favorite hobbies?
I have so many! Blogging is in the top three, along with piano and writing creative fiction. Among the other things I like to do: bullet journaling, reading other blogs, watching anime, and reading manga.

What is your favorite thing about me? I want to know ok do not judge me haha.
Hey, I'm not judging, girly. ;) My favorite thing about you would have to be your presence. You have this bubbly, positive, smiley, giggly presence that I find infectious. You attract people in search of something to brighten their day, and that's what you do. You brighten it!

Awwww thank you so much! That's like all I've ever wanted to do haha. :) How do you come up with blog posts and how do you usually go about writing one?
A lot of the time my posts are about issues I've struggled with personally and then somehow found a
solution to -- either through writing the post or just on my own through experience. I also draw
inspiration from other bloggers, people I watch in public (don't judge me now, haha), and conversations
I overhear or participate in.

If I have an idea I like to write it down ASAP, just so I don't forget it. Sometime it will be a title or the gist,
other times it will be all the steps I want to include, plus the lesson I've learned. If I have time I'll open
up Blogger and free write until there's nothing left in my brain. Other times I'll make a note on my phone
and it may stay there for weeks. The posts I feel are the most helpful, inspired, and I feel good about
sharing are the ones that go live on my blog.

What does your blog mean to you and why would you say your blog?
My blog is an experimental learning platform, just like many other blogs are. It honestly means so much
to me, especially since I've let go of the notion that I need to be a popular blogger. I'm content where I
am and it's taken me such a long time to get to that point.

I blog because I am selfish. It's a way I express myself and work through my problems. But it's also how I
connect with others and learn to help them in the best way that I can, whether that be through going
through something relatable or making them laugh.

If you could hang out/meet any living person for an hour who would it be?
Honestly, I would have to say Abbiee! She is just so inspiring and I'd love to pick her brain on a whole
bunch of things -- plus I'd love to just hang out in her aesthetically pleasing room, drink tea, eat waffles,
and stare at her awesome bookshelves. <3_<3

CAN I COME WITH YOU GUYS THAT WOULD BE COOL. If you had to choose a career now what would it be?
I would be a writer, because that's my dream goal -- along with being an art therapist. But if I'm just a
writer I wouldn't have the privilege of going through six years of college now would I? ;)

What do you see happening with your blog in the next year? What do you want to happen?
I see growth happening. A growing community of creatives sharing and promoting each other's work.
People helping one another creative and find healing.

I would love to monetize my blog eventually but right now the focus is on school. I hope to have time in
the future to really focus on expanding my reach and helping as many people as possible.

What is one topic that you're really passionate about?
I'm very passionate about finding the best possible way to do something aka productivity. I am
obsessed with finding tips and tricks that actually work and I love to obsessively organize my time to get
the most out of my days. Perhaps that's a bit odd, but it's the truth.

That's really cool! Anything else you would like to share?
